The Woman Behind the Work

I don’t remember deciding to do this work.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve experienced the world a little differently. Long before I had words for it, I was noticing things that often went unseen and trusting what I was feeling, even when I couldn’t explain it.

I grew up in the hills of Appalachia, and I come from a long line of strong, wise women. Looking back, I can see that this way of experiencing the world didn’t begin with me. These roots have shaped me for as long as I can remember.

By the time most people are discovering energy work, it had already been part of my life for decades. What I do today isn’t something I chose one day as a career. It’s something I’ve been growing into for more than 45 years.

That lifetime of experience is what I bring into every session.
