Appalachian Intuitive Healing
Some things keep showing up in our lives, even when we’re ready for something to change. You may recognize habitual patterns, emotional blocks, or fears you can’t quite explain. You may be moving through a shift in your life, feeling disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next.
Appalachian Intuitive Healing brings together my intuition, experience, training, and ancestral wisdom. I follow what comes forward, tracing energetic threads beyond what you may be consciously aware of and exploring what is ready for release and healing.
The work may lead into experiences from this life, ancestral connections, or threads connected to other timelines. You will receive energetic clearing, healing, and intuitive guidance. Channeled messages may also come through to assist your healing journey. Each session is guided by what comes forward for you.
How It Works
Share your intention. Let me know what has brought you to me and what you would like to work on. You don’t need to know where it began or exactly what needs to happen. Your intention gives me a place to begin, while allowing space for anything else that may come forward for you during the session.
Reserve your day. Your session is conducted remotely. You choose a day rather than a specific appointment time, and you can go about your day while I work. There is no call or Zoom meeting, and you don’t need to do anything during the session. Because I’m working with your energy, we don’t need to be in the same place or connected by phone or video.
Receive your recording and transcript. I record the session in real-time as it unfolds, sharing everything I see, hear, what I’m doing, and where the energy is moving throughout the work. You receive a detailed, in-depth recording and written transcript so you can follow the experience from beginning to end.
Settle in with your recording when you have the space to receive it. There may be details you want to return to, so you can listen more than once and spend time with what comes forward.
After your session. The next day, I’ll check in energetically to see how things are settling for you. I’d also love to hear how you’re feeling after listening to your recording. Please let me know what resonated, what you noticed, or if you have any questions. Your response helps me understand your experience and whether anything may need further attention.
